The staff did an incredible job when our stay was impacted by Helene a major storm. We lost water and internet. The hotel had power which was unusual for the surrounding buildings, we were fortunate. They communicated well, keep us fed and hydrated and the staff did all this with smiles and some had lack of sleep I’m sure. It was a very scary and unfortunate disaster that We were fortunate to fare well through. My prayers are with all those who are sufferings loss and detestation from this storm.

Downtown location was excellent. The Hemingway restaurant was also excellent; we ate most meals there due to the bad weather.

The location was great. It's located downtown without being in the noisier area so you get a decent night's rest after Havana's live music is over. The Grove's location right across the street offers a plethora of dining and shopping options, and you're about a half a block away from the Pinball museum and great driving distance to all surrounding areas. The corner suite offered fantastic views, and the security features within the hotel are great for solo travelers. All the staff were wonderful, but Neveah, Vanessa, and Owen were true standouts. This will be our go-to location when staying in Asheville from here on out.

Everything! All the staff members we met from the parking valet to the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous view of downtown Asheville and the mountains. I loved that our comfortable king bed faced the view. By the way, the extra few dollars for a room with a mountain view is totally worth it. We had a small refrigerator and a microwave and we asked the staff to put two items in their freezer for us. The room also had a closet and a desk with a small bench next to it and there was an armchair next to the bed. The location is right in downtown Asheville within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. It's a wonderful home base from which to explore Asheville on foot.

Great location within walking distance of restaurants/shops. You have to pay for parking, but valet was only $19/night and you can text them when you’re ready for them to get your car. They had free Champagne at the front desk from 12-9 every day. The room was clean and view of the mountains was amazing. There’s a restaurant with a patio but we didn’t get a chance to try it.

When we drove in, immediately we were welcomed by Valet (I can't remember his name) and then Vanessa at the front desk was also so welcoming. It was great energy and overall great 1st experience. The hotel was super clean, the location was perfect and within walking distance to everything...we didn't drive anywhere. Lol! Our room...LOVE!!! We had great views of the mountains and city. We also ate at Hemingways Cuban restaurant, located on the 4th floor. Everyone was super nice, live music and the food and drinks were great. Also, this was our 2nd time visiting Asheville. The 1st time we stayed at the Omni Grove on Christmas and decided to stay downtown this time because it was so cold on Christmas and we never got to see the city. I must say we didn't miss the Omni at all. This hotel was a 10 out of 10 and the people of Asheville were a vibe. We will be back.

I was astonished by the gorgeous view of the mountains around Asheville from our hotel room and balcony! This hotel is absolutely at the center of downtown Asheville--you cannot get more central--but it is also at the high point of the city, and the views surpass anything I saw from the ground or other venues. We also found the valet parking system unusually efficient and cheery--the car was always there within a couple minutes of our request (or online pre-request). Will definitely return, it suited our needs perfectly.

We loved the guys handling Valet. They were accommodating when we needed something from our car. The front desk workers were always so friendly. We loved the champagne happy hour. The rooms view was amazing. Laying in bed to see the mountains out the window. We were within walking distance from everything.
